No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Urja Sutra are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.

Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing urjasutra.store@gmail.com .

To help us process your request, please include:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

Upon review and verification, we may offer a replacement for the damaged item at our sole discretion.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Many of our products, including crystals, gemstones, Rudraksha beads, and other natural spiritual items, are sourced directly from nature. As a result:

• Natural cracks, inclusions, fissures, texture variations, or surface irregularities are not considered defects.
• Variations in colour, shape, size, pattern, and appearance are natural and expected.
• Product images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly due to natural characteristics and screen display settings.

These natural variations do not qualify for returns, refunds, or replacements.

Exclusions

We are not responsible for damage, loss of quality, or defects resulting from:

• Improper handling or storage
• Water exposure or moisture damage
• Accidental breakage after delivery
• Misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
