Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Urja Sutra is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions

- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urjasutra.store@gmail.com.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
International Shipping
Currently, Urja Sutra ships only within India unless otherwise stated on our website.
